The instructions received were for clearance, general landscaping, fencing and a patio to be completed very fast indeed and down to a very tight budget!
Much of the instruction was to make tidy and maximise “kerb appeal” for prospective buyers with the property coming to market within days!
For additional residential parking the existing front lawn was concreted level and finished with gravel…
The unofficial rear driveway was to be removed which is when we discovered a previous driveway underneath! Soil from the front garden was used to raise the level where the driveway once was…
Ground was properly compacted prior to bedding patio slabs down onto a fresh dry concrete base layer. The New lawn was carefully raked level ready for seeding with grass.
Finally the two broken brick walls at the front boundary were repaired…
